Ghormeh Sabzi is an Iranian stew cooked from lamb, beans and vegetables.

The herbal mixture that is added to this stew is made up of parsley, chives, coriander and fenugreek leaves.

Ghormeh Sabzi herb mix goes extremely well in lamb dishes.
