Spread the fresh hummus onto a flat plate.

Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil into a small frying pan.

On a medium/high heat fry the sweet red pepper pieces and paprika, cook for a few minutes.

Stir well.

When the peppers start to soften after a few minutes add the dried chives and garlic.

Stir well.

Cook garlic for a few minutes, careful not to over cook the garlic and burn it.

Once garlic is almost cooked add a pinch of cumin seeds.

Cook seeds for a minute or two.

Use a spoon to pour the paprika red peppers on top of the hummus or carefully pour it directly from the pan onto the hummus.
