0 Banana Pancakes

We have not had pancakes to eat in a while now, so we enjoyed this sweet alot.

The maple syrup gave them a lovely sweet taste, but you could use honey instead as they will taste just as delicious.

Ingredients
2 Small Bananas (sliced very fine)
Maple Syrup
Plain Flour
Milk
2 Medium Eggs
Handful Whole Raw Almonds

Lightly cover your almond nuts with some maple syrup. Place them into a glass oven dish and put into a pre-heated oven at 160-180C(depending on how hot your oven is). Cook for maybe 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Keep checking them.

Whisk up your eggs then add enough flour and milk to make it into a batter. It shouldn't be too thick nor too thin - somewhere in between.

Drizzle a little oil onto a hot flat griddle/frying pan and pour some batter on.

Let it cook for a minute, you will see your pancake take shape, then use a spatula to turn over.

If your first one is a little greasy or not quite the shape you wanted do not worry they get better after the first one has cooked.

Spread your pancake with maple syrup lightly.

Add your bananas into one quarter of your pancake.

Fold your pancake in half then in half again.

Sprinkle your almonds over the top and dust with powdered sugar for garnish.

Enjoy Jeenas banana pancakes.
